Maybe it's a family that just moved in and doesn't know where to start. Maybe it's someone who lost everything in the 2021 freeze and never got back on their feet. Maybe it's a mom who wants her kids to have a yard they're proud of. We won't know until we hear from you.

Entries open April 25th and close Friday, May 16th at midnight. Sugar Land and Missouri City homeowners only. Todd & Sabrina will announce the selection the week of May 19th. Installation will take place in June or early July at Garden Guy's discretion.
Official Terms & Conditions
Garden Guy Front Yard Makeover — Summer 2026
1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or be selected. Purchasing any product or service from Garden Guy Inc. does not improve your chances of selection.
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of Sugar Land, TX and Missouri City, TX who are 18 years of age or older and are the legal homeowner of the property submitted, or have written permission from the legal homeowner. Employees of Garden Guy Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. Entries are accepted beginning April 25, 2026 through 11:59 PM CST on May 16, 2026. Late entries will not be considered.
4. How to Enter. Complete the entry form above with your full name, address, zip code, phone number, your yard story, and at least one photo of the current condition of your front yard. Photo submission is required. One entry per household address. Multiple entries from the same address will be disqualified.
5. Selection. This is not a sweepstakes, lottery, raffle, or random drawing. There is no prize in the legal sense. Selection is made entirely at the personal discretion of Todd Farber, owner of Garden Guy Inc., based on the submitted story, photo, and any other factors he deems relevant. His decision is final and not subject to appeal or review.
6. Site Visit Required. Prior to any work beginning, Garden Guy Inc. will conduct an in-person site visit to assess feasibility, safety, and scope. Garden Guy Inc. reserves the right to withdraw selection at any time if the property is determined to be unsafe, inaccessible, outside the eligible area, or otherwise unsuitable at the sole discretion of Todd Farber.
7. Scope of Work & Installation Timing. The nature, scope, materials, plants, and design of any work performed are determined entirely by Garden Guy Inc. at their sole discretion. Installation will take place in June or early July 2026 on a date determined by Garden Guy Inc. The selected household will be given reasonable advance notice of the installation date but cannot request a specific date.
8. No Guarantee. This is a Free Gift. This makeover is offered as a free gift with no guarantee of any kind — expressed or implied — regarding plant survival, growth, aesthetics, long-term results, or landscaping outcomes. Garden Guy Inc. makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Once installation is complete, Garden Guy Inc.'s obligation is fulfilled entirely. No follow-up service, maintenance, warranty work, replacements, or callbacks are included or implied. The selected homeowner accepts the work as-is upon completion. Todd Farber and Garden Guy Inc. are not responsible for plant loss due to weather, watering, disease, pests, or any other cause after installation.
9. Property Permission & Liability. By submitting an entry, you confirm you are the legal homeowner or have the homeowner's written permission to authorize work on the property. Garden Guy Inc. is not liable for any damage arising from pre-existing conditions, soil, drainage, or infrastructure issues not visible at the time of the site visit. Homeowner assumes all liability for the condition of the property.
10. Photo & Media Release. By submitting an entry, you grant Garden Guy Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your submitted photos and any before/after photos taken during the project for marketing, social media, website, email, and promotional purposes. Your full address will never be published without your explicit consent.
11. Privacy. Information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating entries and contacting the selected household. Garden Guy Inc. will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party. Your information may be added to the Garden Guy email list; you may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Not a Sponsored Promotion. This promotion is offered solely by Garden Guy Inc. It is not sponsored by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Squarespace, or any other platform or third party.
13. Right to Cancel or Modify. Garden Guy Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice.
14. Governing Law. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fort Bend County, Texas.
